Things To Do In The Area

HOLT

Anchor Cottage is a great base from which to explore the town of Holt and the north Norfolk coast beyond.

The historic Georgian town of Holt is a haven for artists, photographers, walkers and cyclists. A town for all seasons, Holt holds an annual Christmas Festival early in December and a Summer Festival in July.

Holt is the perfect place for a day’s shopping ~ boutiques, galleries, bookshops and antique shops can be found tucked away down the many alleyways and courtyards alongside a great choice of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. For the young at heart, the playground, Holt Country Park and train station with rides to Sheringham, should keep everyone happy.
